  • The chocolates are akin to that of a bonbon—an outer shell of tempered chocolate filled with a soft ganache or caramel. Each chocolate is hand-crafted in small batches and never frozen. The entire process from painting the shells to boxing the finished chocolates takes 3+ days. It is truly a labor of love!

    My offerings change based on the seasons as I enjoy celebrating seasonal and regional ingredients. I use organic, single-origin couverture chocolate in all of my recipes and source organically for all other ingredients as much as possible.

  • Each month I will announce on my Instagram page when preorders will open. You can also set up an alert HERE to receive a text. After you place your preorder the chocolates will be ready for pickup the following week. You will have the option to pickup in Auburn, AL, or Birmingham, AL on the allotted pickup dates.

    If preorders are “closed” that means it is the end of the preorder window or they are sold out.

  • In addition to selling individual boxes, I will accept a few bespoke orders for parties or other small special occasions. The chocolates will be delivered in bulk (not in boxes of 12) for you to display for your guests. I do not do bespoke orders for very large occasions such as weddings.

  • At this time they are only available for pickup in Auburn, AL or Birmingham, AL.

  • The flavors in each box are predetermined, and I am unable to offer custom boxes. A typical box of 12 will contain six flavors.

  • From the moment you receive your chocolates, they should be eaten within ten days for peak enjoyment. Please store them in a cool, dry environment (ideally between 65-70F). Please keep the box closed and away from sunlight.

    Please do not store the chocolates in the refrigerator. If you do they will likely lose their shine and the texture of the fillings may be altered.

  • All of my chocolates contain dairy, and I am not able to offer a dairy-free or vegan option. I do not use any gluten-containing ingredients. Several of my chocolates contain nuts or seeds. It is important that if you or a loved one has an allergy you review the included ingredient card thoroughly.

  • At this time I only offer boxes of 12 chocolates. In the future I will offer a smaller option such as a box of 6.

  • Due to the nature of this being an edible product I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I am not responsible for the chocolates once they are passed on to the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a proper environment for the chocolates.

    I will also not offer refunds for customers who did not show up to pick up their preorder at the allotted time. If a customer has a conflict and can no longer make the pickup window, they are welcome to message me so we can coordinate another time.
