Due to perishability and food safety, I am unable to accept any returns for refunds or offer exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me at hello@maevechocolates.com.
I am not responsible for the chocolates once they are passed on to the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a proper environment for the chocolates.
I will also not offer refunds for customers who did not show up to pick up their preorder at the allotted time. If a customer has a conflict and can no longer make the pickup window, they are welcome to message me so we can coordinate another time.

All of my chocolates are inherently gluten-free; however, they all contain dairy and sometimes nuts and seeds. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read the included ingredient card to understand potential allergens.
